Suppoz is a musical libertine who is gladly guilty of being a genre-hopping DJ. He grew up in a musical family and got trained by ear from a young age when his parents would play classical string quartets, John Coltrane, Joan Baez, flamenco guitarists, and Rolling Stones records for him. Along the way, he has played cello, piano, electric bass, guitar, and MIDI-based computers, but he has since moved on to coordinating the sounds of other musicians (ie. DJing).
As a 10 year veteran, he has gone through a number of modes as a DJ, from radio to parties to clubs, holding down four different Portland residencies (Techno Sol; Dirty; Knotty Disco; One If By Land, Two If By Sea; and Achromatic) and two radio shows over the years.
